Melco TCB/3 Run-Flat Machine Lever – 300mm

A single-ended machine lever for run-flat tyres. Run-flats on sportier performance cars sit very tight, so the lever is narrower with a thinner, sharper working end to fit the gap; the other end is purely a handle. Forged one end in Sheffield from radius-edged spring steel bar and zinc plated. It drops into the same slot as the standard machine bar, letting the machine arm do the mounting. Fit the handle end into the machine slot and use the thin working end to lever the tight run-flat bead; the machine arm handles mounting. General tyre fitters handling run-flat tyres on performance cars. Effectively maintenance-free. Daily use keeps it in condition; if it is left standing, wipe it down with an oily cloth to keep rust off. Nothing needs sharpening. Check for any snags or sharp edges that could tear a tyre, and never weld anything to the lever - the heat alters the steel.
