Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how Melco Tools (Footprint Sheffield Ltd) dispatches and delivers orders.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery — £12.50 per order. Applies to any order that does not contain an axle stand or the WS/1 Tyre Changing Stool.
- Big & bulky delivery — £20 per order. Applies to any order containing an axle stand or the WS/1 Tyre Changing Stool. These items are often delivered on a pallet.
- Free local collection. Collect from our Sheffield works (Admiral Works, Lowther Road, Sheffield, S6 2DQ) at no charge — choose "Pick up" at checkout and we will email when your order is ready.
Pallet deliveries. Larger and heavier items (including axle stands) are often delivered on a pallet to kerbside. The customer must have the means to unload the pallet at the delivery address (a forklift, or enough people to unload by hand).
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the UK (including the Scottish Highlands & Islands) and Northern Ireland only. For the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or any international delivery, please contact us before ordering and we will arrange a quote.
Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and to Northern Ireland carry an additional charge: normally +£12.50 on a standard order, or +£15 on a big & bulky / pallet order. We will contact you to confirm any surcharge before dispatch.
UK mainland delivery times
UK mainland orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days of dispatch. Longer or heavier items sent by pallet or dedicated courier may take a little longer.
Problems with delivery
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
